Accounts and purchases

We use account details, purchase records and M-Pesa payment information to confirm payments, provide purchased resources and support your account. Resource licences link access to your account and authorised devices.

Google Ads measurement

Google Ads uses advertising cookies, click identifiers and technical visit information to measure ad visits and confirmed purchases and improve ad bidding. A confirmed purchase report contains an order identifier, its actual amount and currency. We do not send your name, email, phone number or M-Pesa receipt as customer-matching data.

Where advertising consent is required, including the EEA, UK, Switzerland and Canada with our country-level location check, Google tracking stays blocked until you accept. If your region cannot be determined, we ask for consent. Elsewhere ordinary measurement can run unless you reject it. Rejecting does not prevent shopping or access to purchased resources.

Your choice, time, region and the notice version are saved on this browser, including a record of later changes. Pending purchase identifiers are kept locally for up to 30 days; reported identifiers prevent duplicate reporting on this browser. Clearing browser storage removes these local records. We do not replay purchases that were blocked by your choice.

You can reject or withdraw through Cookie settings below or in the footer. Withdrawal stops subsequent reports but cannot recall information already sent to Google. Google may process information outside your country under its own privacy terms.
